Christina mentored me when I came aboard a Credit Union. She assisted with the new hires for Relationship Consultants. This was a new role created in the concept of one stop shop. She provided coaching and shared knowledge of how the credit union departments function. She gave feedback and help new hires to transition into their new roles. I definitely recommend her highly to assist anyone in development and training.

Christina was there when others never reached out. I was blindsided by being fired from my job of almost THREE DECADES. I knew she was a leader at work but didn’t realize she was a life coach as well until we talked . I was in a very dark place after dealing with my job loss from a horrible new “leader” along with a death in my family. Christina has also seen bad leaders who only care about THEIR well-being and not the TEAM. She is experienced at facing that 2 headed monster face to face.  She reached out, gave a damn, and I consider her a true friend. It was enlightening to figure some things by talking and I was eventually able to get back on the right path once again. We do get blinded by our comfort zones and it was nice to find a little positivity from a simple chat with Christina. We figured out it is hard to start new but can also be rewarding and bring tremendous growth with it. It was intriguing to hear a fresh perspective in a confusing time and a stale job world. Thank you for thinking outside the box,  being a decent human being, and taking the time to offer a new/fresh perspective in my hardship. Thank you!
